Pursuant to Article 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act, Bookeasy informs you of the following.

1. Data Controller: Bookeasy (bookeasy.tw), operated by Zheng An-Ya and He Zih-Ning as individuals. Contact email: hello@bookeasy.tw. 2. Purpose of Collection: to provide booking services, to help you and the Partner Studio complete payment confirmation and class arrangements, account management, and customer service and dispute handling (statutory specific purposes: 069, 090, 136, 148). 3. Categories of Data: name, email, phone number, gender, last five digits of the transfer account, and booking records. 4. Period, Region, Recipients, and Method of Use: Period: for as long as your account exists; after your account is deleted, booking records are retained for 1 year and then deleted. Region: wherever the Platform's own servers and those of its entrusted cloud service providers are located. Recipients: the Platform, its entrusted cloud service providers, government authorities as required by law, and the Partner Studio you book with. A Partner Studio may use your data for that specific class and to promote its own classes; you may object to such marketing use at any time by notifying the studio or the Platform. Method: processed electronically, and used to send you booking notifications. The Platform will not use your data for its own marketing, and will not sell it. 5. Your Rights: you may write to request access, review, copies, supplementation, correction, cessation of collection/processing/use, or deletion of your data. 6. Effect of Not Providing Data: you may choose not to provide it, but you will then be unable to register or book a class.

This Policy may be amended, with notice given on the website; if a new purpose of collection is added (for example, sending marketing messages), your separate consent will be obtained first.
