Terms of Service

Article 1 — Application Bookeasy (bookeasy.tw, the "Platform") is operated by Zheng An-Ya and He Zih-Ning as individuals. By registering for or using the Platform, you are deemed to agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old to register and book classes.

Article 2 — Platform's Role Classes are provided by each Partner Studio, and the contract for a class is formed between you and the Partner Studio. Class payment is transferred by you directly to the Partner Studio; the Platform does not handle payments, and currently charges you no fees.

Article 3 — Booking and Payment Please transfer payment to the account and within the deadline shown on the website, and fill in the required information. A booking not paid in time will be automatically cancelled. If you have already made the transfer but your booking is cancelled, the Platform will require the Partner Studio to contact you to arrange a refund or reschedule.

Article 4 — Cancellation and Rescheduling 1. Once a booking is completed, neither you nor the Partner Studio may cancel the class — only rescheduling is permitted. 2. After a reschedule, the class fee is held in your account as "class credit," which can be used next time to book a class at the same Partner Studio. 3. The validity period for using class credit is set by each Partner Studio's own policy; if the new class's price is higher than the credit, you must pay the difference. 4. Booking and rescheduling must be completed at least 2 hours before the class starts. 5. If a Partner Studio adjusts a class for any reason, it will notify you to reschedule, or convert the fee into class credit. The Platform only provides class information and booking services; it is not responsible for providing the class itself, and does not assume the performance obligations that the Partner Studio owes due to adjusting or cancelling a class — except to the extent the law requires the Platform itself to bear such responsibility. 6. A no-show is treated as having attended the class; no refund will be given, and it will not be converted into class credit. 7. If a Partner Studio ends its partnership with the Platform, any class credit you have not yet used shall be resolved directly between you and the Partner Studio; the Platform will not be involved. 8. Nothing in this Article affects any right you are entitled to under applicable law.

Article 5 — Safety During Class Please choose classes appropriate to your own health condition, and follow the Partner Studio's rules. The Partner Studio is responsible, in accordance with the law, for class content and venue safety.

Article 6 — Dispute Resolution and Liability For any issue with a class, payment, refund, or reschedule, please contact the Partner Studio first; if the matter is not resolved, you may write to the Platform, and we will help pass the matter along. The Platform does not guarantee the transactions between you and the Partner Studio, except where you suffer loss due to the Platform's own intent or negligence.

Article 7 — Account and Use Please provide accurate information and keep your account secure. The Platform may suspend an account that registers with false information, maliciously holds a spot, or is used unlawfully.

Article 8 — Amendments, Contact, and Jurisdiction If the Platform amends these Terms, it will announce the change on the website, and will ask you to re-agree for any material change. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China, with the Taipei District Court, Taiwan as the court of first instance, without excluding the application of Article 47 of the Consumer Protection Act or Article 436-9 of the Code of Civil Procedure.
